Regardless of your political views, whether you tend to lean more to the right – to the left or somewhere in the middle in your thinking, politics continue to be a hot button for many people.  Just push it and you might become the latest victim in a political case of hit and run – left with just a mouthful of opinions.  For some this might easily explain the reason why they just simply stay away from conversations having anything to do with politics.  Have you ever wondered why we just can’t get along?  While others may push the button just to see if they can get a rise out of someone.

Help me out here.  Why is it that political views can carry such potential for volatile reactions?  Not that I have been in any lately – I just know that it happens.  I would love to hear your thoughts on this plus thoughts on what you look for in a political candidate.
