Experiencing HARBOR LIFE
As a guest to Harbor Life we realize how intimidating it can be to visit a church for the first time. Here is some helpfull information that we hope will make your experience with us a great one! You can expect to experience a casual and friendly atmosphere. At the door you will be greeted with a warm smile and helpful direction. If coffee is of interest to you, we begin serving espresso at 9:30am in our Coffee Connection area where the coffee is always free. Dress is casual. Our services run an hour and a half in length. The music is contemporary and inspiring, the people real, and the talks practical and relevant. We sing a few songs, give those who call Harbor Life home an opportunity to give financially to our mission, welcome everyone and then our pastor or guest speaker gives about a 30 minute talk. You will not be obligated in any way to give money to the church. The morning experience usually ends with some kind of challenge having to do with the focus of the talk. We provide secure settings for the kids with nursery care and children's classes through 5th grade. We care about your experience and trust that you will find us authentic and caring. We look forward to the opportunity to connect. See you on Sunday! For directions and times click on the link in the upper right hand corner.

Our PASTOR

In May of 2007, both Tyson and Amy resigned from their jobs in response to what they believed Jesus was leading them to do. After having served as youth | associate pastors in Centralia for 12 years, they new the time was right to step into a new season of life and leadership. Jesus moved miraculuously in response to their faith. They were often asked why they resigned before they new of their next destination. Over the next two months God confirmed in many ways that He was directing their steps. He provided financially for them and cleared the path for them to become the next pastor's of Harbor Life. Along with their seven children, they are very excited about living missionally to lead others closer to Jesus. They are passionate about reaching people and building an authentic community of Christ followers who love Jesus and do good. They love kids, reading, Gig Harbor and a good movie.

Four of these, Salvation, the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, Divine Healing, and the Second Coming of Christ are considered Cardinal Doctrines which are essential to the church's core mission of reaching the world for Christ.
